Ferry services are available 3~6 times weekly at the harbors of Incheon, Busan and Mokpo to Jeju-do Island, a UNESCO designated World Natural Heritage. The ferry not only carries passengers, but cars as well, making it possible for travelers to take their vehicles on their trip. |

| •Departure Procedure |
| 1) Since check-in procedures and travel are completed within the country, there is no need for arrival/departure declarations, customs declarations, or medical inspections. However, those who are planning to ship their vehicles will need to arrive at the appropriate departure gate 2 hours before departure. Those who are not shipping their vehicles will need to arrive at the passengers terminal at least 30 minutes before departure for note issuance and boarding.
2) Those who would like to purchase merchandise at the duty-free shops available at particular terminals will need to present their passenger tickets and IDs. Merchandise may be purchased with cash or credit cards, and currencies in American dollars and Japanese yen are both accepted with no separate customs formalities necessary. Passengers who are planning to visit the duty-free shops may find it a good idea to complete boarding procedures an hour before departure. Keep in mind that the duty-free shops can only be entered after all the boarding procedures have been completed. Restaurants and coffee shops are also available inside the ship for passengers to utilize. Although snacks are also available on the ship, it is wise to prepare snacks beforehand, as prices on the ship are more expensive. Public telephones are available to use on some of the ships, and cellular phones can be used when close to the coast. |

| - Reservations may be made 2 months in advance by telephone, fax, or through the internet. - Foreigners may only make reservations by telephone. When making reservations, please provide your English name on your passport, telephone number, and travel itinerary to the reservation operator. Reservation procedures are fully completed when full payment is received. - Foreign language services: Depending on the Jeju-do Island ferry service companies, reservation services in English, Japanese, and Chinese may be available.
