Synopsis In-su is summoned to a hospital in Gangwon-do because his wife, Su-jin was in a car accident and is unconscious and in critical condition. There he meets Seo-yeong, whose husband, Kyung -ho was also a passenger in the car and is in a coma. It soon becomes clear that Su-jin and Kyung-ho were having a secret relationship. In-su and Seo-young go through a range of emotions from grief to anger to fear as their loved one's recover. Gradually, however, the two of them begin to notice that their feelings for each other have developed into something much deeper than they want to admit. |

They first meet each other at their spouses’ car accident and realize that both their spouses had love affairs with each other.
