The Tourist Information Center (TIC) provides you with up-to-date and accurate information on Korean tourism. Make it your first stop on your visit to Korea. Visitors can get helpful information on travel, accommodations, tourist attractions and much more at the TIC in the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO). Korea Tourism Organization currently operates 4 Tourist Information Centers. One is located at the KTO Headquarters in the downtown area of Seoul and the others are located inside the Incheon International Airport and Gimhae International Airport (Busan).

Incheon International Airport TIC
Location: Between Gate #12-13 and Gate #1-2 on the arrival floor

Tourists are offered a variety of travel information in the form of leaflets, brochures, books and audio-visual presentations. They can obtain these materials from the TIC's Information Desk, where well-trained specialists with fluent English and Japanese help tourists find good accommodations, tourist attractions and other information they may want while they are traveling in Korea. The staff at the Information Desk also provide print-outs of data on specific places that visitors may wish to go to.

Free internet access zone
A very useful feature of the TIC is its free internet access. Here users can acess KTO's official website, (www.visitkorea.or.kr).

Korean Wave (Hallyu) Hall
The Korean Wave (Hallyu) Hall is a unique place that has been created to cater to different aspects of Korean Entertainment, including movies, music, TV miniseries/dramas, and commercials. Pictures from popular Korean movies frame the outer portion of the Korean Wave (Hallyu) Hall. Inside fans can take their picture alongside life-sized cutouts of their favorite Korean celebrities as well as view more pictures. In addition, Hallyu stars' handprints are displayed at the hall. The Korean Wave (Hallyu) Hall has the most advanced facilities where visitors can roam around in comfort. Here they can enjoy lots of Hallyu stars' video clips and music information for free.

Souvenir Corner Shop
The souvenirs, awarded in the National Tourism Souvenirs Contest, are exhibited and on sale.

Tourism Technology Library
The Library includes numerous reference books and travel guides to the nations of the world. Here you can read about specific destinations in Korea and in other countries.

Auditorium
The TIC is a showcase of Korean culture as well as a source of travel information. The TIC auditorium shows films and slide programs about Korean culture and tourist attractions.

Cultural Property Artisans Hall
This hall displays and sells approximately 500 pieces of art that have been created by artisans preserving Koreas rich cultural history.
Hours: 9:00 am6:00 pm (Monday-Saturday)

Travel Agency Desk
Reservations for domestic flights and trains can be made here. Visitors can also choose between a variety of tour packages as well as purchase videos of popular sightseeing destinations. Additional services include assistance in passport/visa issuance.
